These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the website www.nuvora-hair.com, operated by NUVORA (hereinafter referred to as "NUVORA", "we", "us", "our"), by any individual making a purchase via the site (hereinafter "the customer", "you").

The products offered are those listed on our website, subject to availability. Each product features a detailed description. While we strive for absolute accuracy, please note that photographs are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color, texture, or packaging labels may occur.

2. 📦 ORDERING PROCESS

An order is considered finalized once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an immediate confirmation email. NUVORA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, non-payment, or clearly erroneous information.

  • Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of reception to request a return or refund.

  • Hygiene Exceptions: Due to the nature of hair care products, items that have been opened, unsealed, or significantly used cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
